Are you passionate about technical project management? ODI is looking for a project manager to oversee critical projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects, ensuring project deliverables, managing resources, and overseeing communication with stakeholders, the team, executive management, and control agencies.
Location: This position provides telework opportunities in accordance with agency telework policies. ODI is currently operating in a hybrid work environment with staff reporting to the office 2 days a week to either Sacramento HQ or our Oakland Hub.
Annual salary: $97,560 – $134,652 based on experience and qualifications

What you’ll do
- Assist with development of ODI’s project governance framework
- Oversee and manage scope, resources, and schedules for all aspects related to assigned projects
- Plan, implement, and coordinate project activities with internal and/or external stakeholders, oversight agencies, and vendor teams
- Participate in and oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of individual project objectives and short- and long-range plans; develops tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives
- Manage the working relationships and collaboration between project leadership, agency, department directorate, business partners, and stakeholders

- Ability to ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
- Demonstrated ability to fully understand the life cycle of the project
